class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<b>Airportman.id<\/b><strong> &#8211; <\/strong>Bandara Hang Nadim adalah bandara yang terletak di Kepulauan Batam. Bandara ini terletak di kecamatan Batu Besar dan berjarak 17 km dari pusat kota Batam. Bandara ini diproyeksikan menjadi bandara pengumpul <em>(hub airport)<\/em> di wilayah barat indonesia karena langsung berhadapan dengan Singapura dan destinasi lain di kota-kota Pulau Sumatera. Bandara Batam juga diharapkan dapat menjadi <em>catchment area<\/em> untuk <em>overspill traffic<\/em> dari Bandara Changi Singapura.\n\nBandara yang dibangun pada tahun 1974 ini dibangun di area yang sangat luas untuk ukuran bandara baru yaitu tidak kurang dari 1.762 hektar. Dari total luas tersebut baru sekitar 350 ha yang digunakan sebagai area bandara dan sisanya akan dikembangkan untuk area <em>airport city<\/em> atau untuk pengembangan landas pacu kedua jika trafik penerbangan telah melebihi 35 juta penumpang pertahun.\n\nBandara Hang Nadim Batam memiliki <em>runway<\/em> dengan panjang 4.025 m x 45 m, 24 <em>parking stand<\/em> ( 14 <em>parking stand code C<\/em>, 9 <em>parking stand code B<\/em>, dan 1 <em>parking stand code A<\/em>), terminal penumpang dengan luas 31.000 m2, dan 581 slot parkir kendaraan roda 4. Dengan fasilitas utama ini Bandara Hang Nadim dapat mengakomodasi pergerakan penumpang hingga 5 juta penumpang per tahun. Di tahun 2017 trafik penumpang telah mencapai 6,3 juta penumpang pertahun sehingga perlu dilakukan perluasan fasilitas bandara seperti terminal penumpang, jumlah parking stand pesawat, parkir mobil dan lainnya sehingga <em>level of service<\/em> tidak turun dari standar peraturan Kementerian Perhubungan RI.\n\n<script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-4328875598441793\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4328875598441793\" data-ad-slot=\"1425652727\"><\/ins>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script>\nTerminal penumpang Bandara Hang Nadim yang digunakan saat ini adalah pengembangan fasilitas bandara sejak tahun 1995 oleh <em>Hyundai Engineering &amp; Construction<\/em> dari Korea Selatan. Dengan luas 31.000 m2 terminal penumpang dibagi menjadi dua lantai. Lantai dasar di sisi timur laut digunakan sebagai area keberangkatan yang dilengkapi dengan <em>x-ray<\/em> di <em>Security Check Point<\/em> 1 dan 2, 24 meja <em>check-in<\/em>, dan area perkantoran untuk operasional bandara. Lantai dasar di sisi barat daya digunakan sebagai area kedatangan dengan dilengkapi 5 <em>conveyor bagasi<\/em> dan area perkantoran untuk operasional bandara. Lantai satu secara umum digunakan sebagai area keberangkatan domestik dan internasional yang dilengkapi dengan 8 gate keberangkatan. Untuk menambah kenyamanan penumpang area ini dilengkapi dengan area komersial seluas 5.000 m2. Dengan pembagian area menjadi dua lantai ini membuat flow pergerakan penumpang menjadi sangat efisien dan efektif. Hal ini tercermin dari bentuk-bentuk bagian massa terminal yang berbentuk kotak-kotak atau bentuk sederhana lainnya.\n\nKubisme adalah gaya atau aliran dalam seni rupa yang berfokus pada penyederhanaan bentuk-bentuk alam secara geometris seperti bentuk kubus\/kotak. Aliran ini muncul di Paris 1910-1914. Aliran ini disinyalir muncul karena ada kebosanan dari aliran arsitektur klasik yang penuh dengan ornamen yang kadang tidak ada hubungannya dengan fungsi bangunan tersebut. Lantai pertama berupa <em>void<\/em> yang ditopang oleh kolom-kolom dengan jarak yang sama untuk menopang lantai diatasnya yang berbentuk kubus. Bukaan jendela juga dibuat menerus dari ujung ke ujung sisi bangunan. Diatas lantai pertama yang berbentuk kubus ditambahkan bentuk lain menyerupai tabung yang semakin menegaskan bentuk kubus dibawahnya. Jejeran kolom-kolom di lantai dasar bangunan seperti mengadaptasi pada desain Villa Savoye. Kolom-kolom ini juga tanpa dilengkapi ornamen seperti layaknya aliran arsitektur modern. Garis-garis di dinding <em>fasade<\/em> yang tercipta karena sambungan ACP <em>(Aluminium Composite Panel)<\/em> semakin memperkuat aliran kubisme di bangunan ini. Bandara Internasional Batam (BIB). PT BIB adalah perusahaan patungan yang dibentuk dari PT. Angkasa Pura I, PT Wijaya Karya, dan <em>Incheon International Airport Corporation<\/em>. Dalam perjanjian ini, yang berlaku selama 25 tahun hingga 2047, PT BIB akan mengembangkan secara bertahap kapasitas bandara hingga mencapai 26 juta penumpang pertahun.
